It is my pleasure to write a few words about the Textbook of Pharmaceutical Industrial Management.
The textbook is written strictly in accordance with the current syllabus requirement for the subject of Industrial Management.
Management is a universal tool and is required for making judicious decisions, coordination of activities, eff ective communication and interpersonal relationships.
This textbook has covered principles and practices involved in pharmaceutical industry besides basicp principles of accountancy and book keeping. All the topics have been explained in a simple language and are illustrated with good diagrammatic representation. The contents that merit attention are pointwise listed in the beginning of each chapter. At the end of each chapter, important exam-oriented questions have been provided. Th e book is a modest attempt by the author to present various pharmaceutical management principles ought to be known by a pharmacy graduate.
The book is useful for every pharmacy student for learning the tenets of management. I sincerely believe that this book will have a wider readership among the fellow pharmacists.
